After Work Commences: If work has already begun on your project or service, cancellations must be requested immediately, and partial fees may apply depending on the progress.

Before Work Starts: If you cancel before work begins, no cancellation fees will apply, and you will receive a full refund of any payments made.
After Work Starts: If cancellation occurs after work has started, we charge a cancellation fee. This will be based on the percentage of work completed at the time of cancellation. For example:
If 25% of the project is completed, 25% of the total service fee will be non-refundable.
If more than 50% of the project has been completed, 50% of the total service fee will be non-refundable.

Refunds for services will be processed based on the work completed up until the cancellation request. We offer:
